- Does my old Balboa BP work with Spapilot?
- If your control box is a Balboa BP-series pack (BP100, BP200, BP2100 or BP6013), yes, all of these are individually tested and fully supported. Spapilot plugs into the pack’s auxiliary port, the Balboa hardware stays exactly as it is.
- Does my old Gecko in.YE work with Spapilot?
- Gecko YE-3 (V2) and YE-5 (V2) are fully tested and supported. YE-3 (V3) has partial support: core temperature and heating control works, some advanced functions of that specific pack version may not be accessible.
- I don’t know if my spa has Balboa or Gecko electronics. How do I find out?
- Send a photo of the control box inside your spa’s equipment compartment (behind the side panel) to support@zavepower.com with subject "Compatibility check", and Zavepower confirms your exact model and compatibility, free, within 24 hours. - Is there a ControlMySpa or Gecko in.touch alternative that works with both brands?
